Spartacus Bathhouse is located at Lázaro Cárdenas 240, Zona Romántica, Emiliano Zapata, 48380 Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.

It’s right in the gay neighborhood directly across the street from CC Slaughters. About two blocks from the beach.

They open at 4 pm every Monday through Wednesday and close at 3 am every morning. Thursdays through Sundays and holidays, they open at 2 pm and close at 6 am. So, if you get there before they’re open, you might not even notice its door.

The door is located next to a video game arcade. You’ll notice a small sign that says Spartacus Entrance nailed to a tree and an arrow showing you where it is.

Take the staircase up. Essentially Spartacus Bathhouse is located above the arcade. And its three floors of incredible facilities, which includes a nice rooftop pool.

Arriving at Spartacus & What to Expect

As you arrive at the top of the stairs, you’re greeted by a booth and a Spartacus employee. They give you hand sanitizer and take your temperature (during covid times.)

It’s $300 pesos for weekdays, but it’s $400 pesos per person on weekends and holidays.

Heads up, Spartacus raised their prices once again. It’s now $400 pesos Monday-Wednesday and $500 pesos Thursday through Sunday and Holidays.

The prices include lockers, a towel, and sandals. But, if you want a private cabin, it’s extra. They also have massage services that I didn’t try, but that’s also extra.

Considering it was my first time here, I wanted to pay close attention to everything in order to give a good review.

The staff at the window was very short with me. Not rude, just straightforward. It’s okay, though. I don’t expect him to be my friend. I’m here for dick.

He informs me that it’s cash only, and he buzzes me through the door.

I’m greeted by another guy behind a glass booth asking me my shoe size. He hands me a towel and a bracelet fob to open my locker and my locker number. 

As always, I came overprepared with my own sandals and toiletries. I even brought a gym towel with me, just in case.

I asked if I could use my own sandals, but the employee said no. Also, they have hair gel for free.

I grab my stuff and look for my locker.

There are several rooms with lockers. Mine was located in the main room and easy to find.

The Interior and Rooftop Pool

If you’re inside the locker room, you’re located on the first floor of Spartacus Bathhouse. 

There’s a mirror directly in front of the locker room with a jar of hair gel.

If you look right, you will see a hallway. This hallway contains a steam room, and if you continue to walk down the hallway, there’s a chill room.

The chill room is set at 22 degrees Celcius. It has serene music to get you ready for your next romp.

The Spartacus Steam Room

The steam room is great. It’s almost pitch black.

Upon entering, there’s a small room immediately to the left. Directly in front of you, there’s a nook with a showerhead.

This nook has a couple of benches for you to sit, watch, or participate.

If you walk to the room on the right, there’s a larger space with seating along the walls. Past this, there’s another nook for you to take your “mister right now” and give it all you got.

Let’s go back to the locker room. If you walk past the big mirror with the hair gel, you’ll see a jacuzzi with a nice waterfall to the front. 

There are showers to the right as well as another bigger sauna, called Vapor Room 2.

When it’s busy (and at night), both steam rooms are connected from the inside. It’s fantastic.

If you walk past the second steam room, you’ll hit the restrooms.

There are also a few benches behind the mirror to hang out and a dry sauna to the left.

Past this, you’ll find the exit reception desk and a staircase leading upstairs.

Second Floor

As per my observation, the steam room has a lot of action. But the second floor is my favorite.

You can get to the second floor from two different staircases on opposite sides of the first floor.

The second floor is where they have the private cabins, the glory holes, the leather beds, and more.

You’ll find nooks and crannies of all kinds here.

Some rooms look like jail cells, while others are pitch black.

On one side, they have a porn room, but in my experience, this room hardly has anyone in it.

Next door, there’s a row of glory holes. This place gets busy if the Spartacus is full.

I saw many guys get sucked here.

This room is also big enough for others to fuck. 

Apart from its incredible maze-like feel, the second floor of Spartacus is a lot of fun on busy days. 

From here, you can make your way to the rooftop deck.

Rooftop Deck

The rooftop deck at Spartacus is nice.

This gigantic patio has a full bar. Since you’re pretty much naked if you decide to buy a drink, they ask for your locker number and tally up your drink count, which you pay upon exiting.

Actually, anything you purchase while you are here, you pay upon leaving. It’s a very effective and European way of doing things.

The rooftop deck at Spartacus is the place where you can come up, lounge, and revive your juices before heading back down to play.

You can drink at the bar, hang out with friends, or lay on a lounger.

The views from here are nice. 

Even though it’s outdoors, it’s completely private.

What Can You Expect From the Men Here

Now that we have the layout out of the way let’s talk about what you can expect at Spartacus Bathhouse.

The Men

The men here range from 18 to 50 years old. I’ve seen guys older than that too but only once or twice. 

It’s primarily Latinos visiting from other parts of Mexico. However, there are tourists from the States as well.

You’ll find body types of all kinds. Although many of them are thin, I saw everything.

I saw twinks, muscle boys, daddies, Latin studs, hot blond Americans, abs for days, and heavy set bear types.

Weekends and Holidays

I first went to Spartacus on a random Saturday. They open every day from 2 pm to 3 am. For blog purposes, I arrived at 4 pm to see their “slow” time.

There were about six or seven men total, including me. But, this gave me plenty of time to check out the layout.

And that’s when I noticed a handsome guy following me around. He wasn’t chiseled or fit, but I saw his cute face when he followed me into the hallway.

As I walked into the steam room (named Vapro Room 1) to sit and enjoy some sauna time, he stood next to me and began giving me signals.

In the background, I heard couples slurping away in the distance. 

At this point, I decided I needed a cold shower and perhaps sit in the “cold room” before exploring some more. After all, this is a slow time, and I want to learn everything there is to learn about Spartacus.

5:30 pm At Spartacus Bathhouse 

At around 5:30 pm, people starting coming in. Now our small group of six or so grew to about 25. 

Although 25 might not seem like a lot, there were some big D daddies, some bears, some hung older men and they were all thirsty and wanted some action.

Everyone was open to playing with everyone. Some guys were on their knees waiting for their stallion to place their piece in their mouth.

Others were trying to taste all the flavors of the room. 

It seemed it was fair game at this point. It didn’t matter if you were older, younger, thin, fat, Latin, white. Everyone was willing to play.

I left around 6:30 pm, and as I was getting dressed, I saw several twinks and guys in their early 20s arrive.

When you decide to leave, you have to go around towards the jacuzzi and to the left. There’s a desk where you drop your towel, give your sandals back and pay for any drinks you had before they buzz you out.

It was a great first experience for a slow day. Out of the 25 men that were there about 12 wanted to play. It made me wonder, if it gets this hot on a slow day, what it like on a busy day?

What’s Spartacus like on a Busy Day?

So, I decided to check out Spartacus with a big-dick friend of mine. We arrived on Good Friday around 10 pm. I wanted to summon that big-dick energy by having him around.

As my friend gets buzzed in, they inform me that they can no longer let me in because they’re out of lockers unless I share with my friend.

I didn’t think a bathhouse could run out of space, but here we are! I’m excited, surprised, and impressed that everyone wants to check out Spartacus tonight.

The Men When it’s Busy

The guys tonight were mostly in their 30s. Some were in their 40s, and very few were above that.

Although, I saw a couple of older guys. They didn’t have a problem. They were lining the twinks up and giving it to them good.

There’s also a good amount of guys in their 20s as well.

Body types were of all kids again. However, most guys were slim, and many were ripped and toned.

However, even the ripped and toned guys were equal opportunists. They let as many guys blow them as they could. 

Some guys let tops give it to them without caring who was giving it to them.

It was all about the joy and fun of the event.

Although I noticed a few guys were looking for their prince charming and didn’t seem to want to play with anyone. They rejected everyone that tried. That doesn’t seem very reasonable to me at a bathhouse.

If you’re here to get some, you will undoubtedly get some unless you actively don’t want to.

Even though there were a lot of American tourists, there were more Mexican tourists.

The Fun When It’s Busy

With Spartacus full to the brim, you could imagine the scene I saw.

Guys lined the darkroom on the second floor, just waiting to get sucked off.

Multiple men packed inside the glory holes. Not using the glory holes as intended, rather cramped inside each room, taking turns on willing bottoms.

The leather beds, filled with many willing individuals sucking, fucking, and moaning in ecstasy. 

The steam rooms were packed with hungry bottoms, willing tops, and group sessions.

There were multiple twinks getting split roasted by older daddies.

Cocks were being double sucked, and on some occasions, triple sucked. Others were happy sucking multiple men at once.

Most people are eager to play and eager for you to taste.

If you want to, you can taste every flavor. 

It doesn’t matter if you’re old, thin, fat, young, twink, bear, or a daddy. Spartacus is a welcoming house for all who enter.

The Best Area to Get Some

Vapor Room 1 is a good place to park on a light day, but the heat gets intense.

On a busy day, park in the darkroom on the second floor. The nooks and darkest areas are where all the action happens.

Although each space of Spartacus is a good place to have fun, I firmly believe these areas are the best.

If I have one tip when playing is be careful walking around in the dark. You won’t see guys on their knees, and you might trip.

Is Spartacus Bathhouse Worth it if You’re Older?

Let me break it down for you:

Spartacus Bathhouse in Puerto Vallarta is a free-for-all.

You’ll find guys of many ages 20-60’s.

Everyone from twinks to muscle bears to daddies want to play.

It’s open from 2 pm to 3 am on weekdays and 4 pm to 6 am on weekends and holidays.

It’s 400 pesos on weekdays and 500 on weekends and holidays. Extra for massages or private cabins.

The entire venue is very clean.

This is a great non-bar venue. Although it does have a bar if that’s something you want. When you purchase your drink they’ll ask for your locker number and you pay upon leaving.

The only way you won’t get some is if you’re picky and actively don’t want to play. Otherwise, everyone is willing.

Some wonder if Spartacus is a safe space. In terms of covid, some wear a mask. In terms of actual physical safety, yes. There is no need to worry about being mugged or anything like that. It is a safe space.

Their website doesn’t tell you much about which days are great, but I find that weekend evenings and nights are best. Holidays are off the charts, but if you get there past 10 pm, it might be full, and they won’t let you in.
