On one of many drunken “stupers” me and Tom gathered our strength after a few pints of beer and decided we needed something tasty and different to eat. I give you a Megabite Pizza Review.

We walked out of SameSun Vancouver Hostel and crossed the rain-soaked street. It’s on the corner of Granville and Nelson. It was filled with young people headed to a party or coming from one.

They have pizza slices on demand, which is always a great thing. I was hungry and needed something unique and different. The awesome thing about Megabite Pizza is you’ll only find it in British Columbia. So, if you’re looking for an experience you won’t find outside of Vancouver or British Columbia, check out Megabite Pizza.

Anyway, we wandered on in… This place is set up so you stand in line, see all the pizza, and choose what you want. Slices range from $1.99 CAD for cheese and up for others. If I remember correctly mine was $2.50 CAD or so.

They have chipotle pizza. There are many chicken options like Buffalo Chicken, BBQ Chicken. Unique options are Philly steak pizza, supreme, veggie, capresse salad pizza. I looked at all of these options. They’re all unique, but for whatever reason, the one that caught my attention was the slice of pizza with long slices of hot dog on it. It looked a bit strange. I thought about it and realized, oh yeah… Strange is my middle name. I’m doing it.

I got the weird slice of pizza with hot dog slices. The slices were long ways, not round and slim like you and I might do.

To my surprise, it was delicious. I’m not sure Tom was enjoying it, although he said he did. Megabite Pizza is definitely something you should try. Especially if you’re looking for something different.

Despite what you might think. The pizza is very good.
