Download the guide here: If you want more info on Berlin, keep reading because the information in the following paragraphs is vital to making your trip one of the best Berlin trips of your life.
This guide contains descriptions of the best darkroom and NSFW articles on what’ll find at Lab and other wild venues in the city.
The Raunchiest Gay Berlin Travel Guide
This Berlin travel guide is the best for gay travelers. That’s because it has all the gay information you’re looking for as a gay man. And guess what? I personally went to these venues and reviewed many of these wild gay bars and parties, so you know what to expect, the demographics, how sexy it all gets, when to go, and how to go about it.
Yes, it contains all the gay info you need, but I’ve also created a fantastic itinerary for each day of the week. Let’s get into that below.
A Gay Berlin Travel Itinerary
The travel guide contains a Berlin travel itinerary for each day of the week. From Monday through Sunday, you can find a decadent gay bar or party to rock your socks off. There is something to do each night.
But how many days is enough in Berlin?
How many days is enough in Berlin?
It depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re pressed for time, you can do it all in 24 hours. I mean, seriously. You can use all hours of the day and night to fit it all in, and I mean no time for sleep.
Check out this YouTube video where me and my friend used up every hour of the day to:
- Walk Tiergarten
- Check out a Bavarian Biergarten
- View some tourist attractions
- and sip some drinks at the gay bars
Here is the video for your viewing pleasure:
However, if you want to take your time and explore the city’s attractions, take three or four full days to see it all. This does not include Berlin’s nightlife.
If you want to check out Berlin’s attractions and partake in the gay decant nightlife, the minimum I would suggest is a Berlin travel itinerary of seven days or more. That’s because some bars have their busy day on certain nights of the week, while others have spectacular parties once a month.
The perfect Berlin travel itinerary depends on which parties you want to check out. Regardless, let’s break it down some more.
Top 3 things to do in Berlin?
With a Berlin travel itinerary of three or four days, I would prioritize the sites and have a good plan. If it was my first time in Berlin, what are the top 3 things to do in Berlin?
What do I recommend? Here’s what I would do.
1) The Bundestag dome tour is fantastic. It’s also free. It’s educational and walks you through the entire city, where you can find other amazing sites.
From the Bundestag, you can see where Brandenburg Gate is, the Memorial for Murdered Jews of Europe, the TV tower at Alexanderplatz, and more.
2) The East Side Gallery is the longest-standing portion of the Berlin Wall. It has eye-popping murals and graffiti art all around it; it’s iconic and also free.
From here, you can sit and relax on the River Spree or find a fantastic restaurant at the Mercedez Benz Arena’s plaza (which is across the street).
3) This next one is one of my favorites. I take all my friends here: Haus Schwarzenberg!
Haus Schwarzenberg used to be an “isolated” hidden gem, but it’s become so popular it’s hard to walk through.
Haus Schwarzenberg is a unique and modern biergarten, but it’s most notably known as a graffiti alley.
However, it has a bar, a coffee shop, a record and clothing store, and so much more. Not to mention, it’s completely covered in graffiti. The ambiance is incredible. I highly recommend it.
Come here and take pictures, order a cup of coffee, and take in the Berlin atmosphere. You won’t regret it.
That’s how I would plan a Berlin travel itinerary of three or four days. But if you had seven or more days, here are a couple more things you can do that you’ll love.
What to do in Berlin?
There is so much to do in Berlin. You can spend a week, two weeks, or a month doing it all. But here is a quick list of amazing things you can try.
- Check out the world’s smallest disco club: Teledisko.
- See the crypt inside Berlinerdom
- Take a picture at Checkpoint Charlie
- Walk the river Spree
- Graffiti hunt all over town
- Enjoy a free visit to the fantastic museum: Urban Nation
- Have a beautiful time visiting Brandenburg Gate
- Enjoy the one-of-a-kind parties at night
This gay Berlin travel guide shows you all of this and more. It also gives you specifics no other blogger currently has.
Juicy Gay Bars in Berlin
But now, let’s get to all the juicy, sexy stuff. Let’s talk about the gay bars in Berlin because there’s a LOT to get through.
The gay bars in Berlin are spread out all over town. Many are worth a visit, but some are more popular than others. My guide details which bar you can get the most action on specific nights. So, let’s make the best of it and plan our wild nights accordingly.
Berlin gay district
Even though there are gay bars all over Berlin, there is a specific district. Berlin’s gay district is called Schöneberg. And it’s fantastic because it has many bars within walking distance to each other.
You can barhop your way to each one if that’s your thing. Or you can use my 7-day Berlin travel itinerary to plan which night to head to specific bars to get the best bang and banging for your buck.
The gay district in Berlin has many great restaurants, sex shops, rubber/leather stores, x-rated video booths and so much more in a centralized location. Schöneberg is worth the time.
Many of the gay bars in Schöneberg are fantastic, but let’s talk about the best ones below to give you a sense of what you’ll find.
Which are the best gay bars in Berlin with darkroom?
So, which gay bars are worth checking out in Berlin, either in Schöneberg or across town? And which gay bars in Berlin have the best darkrooms?
Many of the gay bars in Berlin have darkrooms, but some of them are never used, while others are used a tiny bit. There are some bars where many men always use the darkrooms. These are the best gay bars in Berlin you have to check out.
Which are the best gay bars in Berlin with the best darkroom? Here’s the answer…
LabOratory makes a list at number one. It is the BEST, with some nights containing over 1500 hot, naked, sweaty men all wanting to get it on.
Tom’s is fantastic, but only on certain nights. Otherwise, it’s dead, and you’ll be wasting your time.
Woof’s has a fantastic 2×1 night that brings all the men around. There’s always someone to play with in their darkroom. It gets busy on certain nights and can be hit or miss, but their 2×1 night is always packed!
You also have Bull, Triebwerk, Scheune, Jaxx, Prinzchnecht, Mutchmanns, and so many more, with special nights and incredible darkrooms.
But it’s vital to know which nights are busy, which nights have a dress code, and which nights are dead so you don’t waste your time going there.
You’ll find all that and much more in my gay Berlin travel guide. It contains stories of what happens in the darkrooms, cruising tips, and etiquette you need to know when cruising.
Speaking of etiquette, everyone should be aware of certain things when traveling to Berlin—a few vital do’s and don’ts. But let’s get into that below.
What About Cruising Spots?
Yes! I also provide a list of cruising spots you need to check out in Berlin. Here is a small YouTube video I created about it.
Is Berlin Friendly to Foreigners?
Berliners are friendly but straightforward. Even so, we should all be aware of certain local customs and social etiquette. I cover this in my guide, but here are a few tips just in case.
Although Berliners are friendly, they shy away from speaking to strangers. So, asking a stranger for help is not the best idea. You might not get a response if you walk up to a random person on the street. In other words, it’s essential to plan.
But there is one thing you should never do if you’re out in public or at a gay bar. I’ll go over that in the following paragraphs.
What is considered rude in Germany? Or, more specifically, Berlin?
If you’re coming from the USA, where it’s considered polite to walk up to a group of friends and strike up a conversation, or perhaps you like someone’s shirt and you want to tell them how much you enjoy it, don’t do it.
It is socially inappropriate to speak to someone in a group. You will get a dirty look or perhaps be ignored.
Get the BEST Uncensored Gay Berlin Travel Guide Around:
I cover all of the above and so much more in the best and most uncensored Gay Berlin travel guide for 2024. And I give you details, so many juicy details.
I wrote the guide because I couldn’t find it anywhere else online. I searched reviews, websites, and other gay bloggers, and no one had any of this information.

You’ll get all the gay info, from naked party reviews to true and erotic stories of those parties to restaurants you have to try, and more.
